An Offering – Forefront Gallery

18th Feb 2026

Jan Hendzel, An Offering Exhibition Poster

We’re delighted to announce our upcoming exhibition, ‘An Offering’, curated in collaboration with Giles Tettey Nartey.

The Exhibition run’s from 27th February – 17th April at Forefont Gallery, a new cultural platform founded by Professor Sadie Morgan OBE, co-founder of dRMM, and Dicle Guntas, the managing director of developer HGG, with the mission of fostering dialogue between artists, cultural institutions, developers and landowners.

‘An Offering’ presents a series of works by Jan Hendzel Studio that unfold between material knowledge and embodied making. Wooden sculptures, crafted furniture pieces and small maquettes form a collective installation conceived through a logic defined by timber and technique, where carving, turning, stacking and alignment become rhythmic acts of assembly.

The exhibition acts as a reciprocal gesture: The Studio’s work is offered to the space, emerging from the offering made by Forefront gallery through the commission and platform they provide. As a result, the space is transformed into an intimate place of process, memory and making.
